Quebec-based chocolate maker Chocolats Favoris has begun the transformation of its supply chain and announced that it now uses sustainable cocoa to make the vast majority of its chocolate products. By 2023, the company will be using 100% sustainable cocoa for every facet of production and in all the products it sells.
